We're seeking an experienced Digital Commerce Product Designer with strong e-commerce metrics knowledge to collaborate with marketing leads and create exceptional landing pages, order flows, upsell/cross-sell strategies, campaign concepts, and visuals for our one.com brand. 

You're passionate about transforming complex ideas into beautiful, user-friendly designs, inspiring others with insightful customer journeys, value propositions, and prototypes. Data-driven, you use market and user research—like interviews, surveys, usability tests, A/B tests, and heatmaps—to refine ideas, focusing on the success of your designs. 

A true team player, you work closely with marketing, product, UX and design, and development teams. And to our 20 designers, you're inspiring, results-driven, and eager to make an impact. 


Qualifications 

  • Experience: Over 5 years of expertise in e-commerce, digital commerce, marketing, and agency environments.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or master's degree in New Media Design, Visual Communication, Product Design, UX Design, or a related field.
  • Design Expertise: Proven ability to translate user needs and business goals into effective, visually compelling designs, with a diverse digital commerce-focused portfolio.
  • Research Proficiency: Skilled in conducting user research, market analysis, and data-driven insights to shape hypotheses and best practices, using tools like Maze, HotJar, Dovetail, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Strong advocate for user testing, customer centricity, and maintaining detailed customer journeys and personas.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and familiarity with design systems, combined with a mobile-first mindset for designing responsive experiences.
  • Agile Experience: Experienced in Agile/Scrum development, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketing leads.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proficient in managing stakeholders, ensuring their involvement throughout the design process from research and strategy to concept and implementation.
  • Creative Vision: Passionate about minimalist, functional aesthetics, particularly Nordic Design, with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, with a commitment to providing and receiving constructive feedback. 


Additional skills

  • Product and Animation Experience: You may have experience with marketing or software products, particularly SaaS, and possibly with creating animations using tools like After Effects and Lottie. 
  • Basic Web Development Skills: You might also have a foundational understanding of HTML and CSS.     

          

Practical details

  • Working hours: Full time
  • The position is based at the HQ in Malmö, located only 30 meters away from Malmö C train station in a modern and nice office.
