Over time, many customers become more successful than their initial bought package can accommodate. With support, we reactively help those customers. With the sales team, we are expanding and you will reach out to these customers before they contact us. 


Job description

As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible to

  • Be pro-active. You will contact customers to provide information about increasing the performance of their website by upgrading hosting packages
  • Identify customers that experience hindrances in their website performance
  • Advice customers on settings, caching and alternative packages
  • Qualify potential customers for an upgrade/upsell/cross-sell
  • Understand we are part of a larger group and be able to advise on group.ONE products
  • Troubleshoot and identify root causes of customer problems using a variety of internal and external tools
  • Process forms, applications, and requests
  • Answer how-to questions and help customers navigate a variety of tools within one.com control panel
  • Take ownership and follow up on customer cases in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keep yourself updated and educated about one.com products, procedures and policies
  • Use CRM (Zendesk Sell) to keep track of your pipeline and provide detailed structured information for reporting


The right candidate should have

  • Technical understanding and knowledge of WordPress at user- and administration level
  • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
  • At least one of the following languages as a native speaker: Danish/Swedish/Norwegian
  • Customer service experience or customer service-oriented skills such as empathy, active listening, and solution-minded aptitude
  • Passion for communicating with customers all day, every day
  • The desire to turn an unhappy customer into an advocate
  • The eagerness and the will to learn and improve upon their skills
  • Team player mind- and skillset – be able to learn what is successful and a willingness to share that with your team members
